Ippon Judo Club offers a children’s Judo class designed for young boys and girls on Tuesday and Friday 5:00-6:00 pm, Saturday mornings 10:30 to 11:30 am.
The classes involve strength training, cardio, stretching, a whole lotta discipline and respect.
